We co‑prepare and participate in all major program gates — ITCM , PDR , CDR , FAI — ensuring that design intent, certification paths, and schedule commitments remain fully under control.
✔ Design Advice & Certification‑Driven Analysis
We analyse design features with a certification mindset, identifying risks early and reinforcing the robustness of technical choices.
✔ Continuous on site Supplier Coordination
Through regular face‑to‑face progress reviews with the supplier, we follow up on drawings packages, certification progress, sourcing activities, variation requests and impact assessments.
✔ Specification Monitoring
We verify that supplier outputs remain aligned with the airline’s requirements , or highlight when updates are needed.
✔ Prototypes, Mock‑Ups & Physical Reviews, FAI set up validation
We participate in mock‑up sessions and prototype evaluations, providing structured comments and recommendations.
✔ Reporting & Recommendations
Each step is documented through clear, actionable reporting to support airline decision‑making.
We offer flexible & modular Support . These services can be split into a stand‑alone offer for Program Monitoring only, without Seat Design support.
