We provide end‑to‑end FAI witnessing and source‑inspection oversight to help airlines and OEMs deliver fully highest quality products. Our approach combines deep technical expertise with on‑site vigilance to catch issues early and drive continuous quality improvement.

✔ Tailored Source‑Inspection Frameworks
We build custom checklists aligned with Quality Book and enriched by field experience. Each checklist is validated with both the airline and the OEM to ensure full program relevance.
✔ Complete Source Inspection Execution
From findings identification to rework verification and release, we conduct independent source inspections and provide clear, actionable assessments at every step.
✔ Findings Analysis & Quality Curve Management
We quantify and analyze findings to reveal patterns, reduce defect recurrence, and drive continuous quality improvement with supplier QA teams.
✔ Concession & Deviation Handling
If necessary, we manage concessions with OEM commitments protecting the Operational Delivery Date while ensuring the issue resolution is committed before first flight.
✔ Support for Teething Issues
We take part in identifying, managing, and validating resolution of early‑phase issues on behalf of — or in coordination with — the airline, accelerating resolution and stabilizing production.
✔ Industrial Readiness & Shipset‑to‑Shipset Confidence
Immediately after shipset N inspection, we assess the supplier’s readiness for shipset N+1 and deliver a confidence tag ( green / vigilance / recovery ) to help the airline anticipate and mitigate risk.
